1. Perishable Products
Due to the perishable nature of bakery items, returns are not accepted once the product has been delivered or collected.
2. Incorrect or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is incorrect, damaged, or defective, please notify us within 24 hours of purchase or delivery along with proof of purchase.
After verification, we may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
3. Custom & Special Orders
All custom-made cakes, personalized items, and special orders are non-returnable, as they are prepared according to individual customer specifications.
4. Condition for Returns (If Applicable)
Any return request must meet the following conditions:
- Item is unused and in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase is provided
- Request is made within the allowed time frame
5. No Cash Returns
Returns, where approved, will be handled through:
- Replacement, or
- Store credit
Cash refunds are not provided.
