Due to the perishable nature of bakery products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once the item has been delivered or collected, except in cases of product defects.

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase or delivery with proof (receipt or photos).
After verification, we will offer a replacement or store credit where applicable.
3. Custom & Special Orders
All custom-made cakes, personalized designs, and special orders are non-refundable, as they are prepared according to specific customer requirements.

- Once preparation has started, cancellations and refunds are not possible.
